The Apple iPhone 14 Pro, Google's Pixel 7, and Several Other Mobile Devices We Can't Wait to Witness It!
Apple, Samsung, Google, and
OnePlus have all previously introduced new phones this year, but the fall is
expected to be when the most intriguing gadgets will be made available to the
public for the first time. It is anticipated that Apple will unveil a larger
version of the regular, non-Pro iPhone, whilst Google will equip the Pixel 7
with an updated version of its Tensor processing unit. There are rumors that
Samsung is also working on new foldable devices.
According to the various rumors
and stories that have appeared so far, the following are the mobile devices
that we are most looking forward to seeing in the year 2022. We have also
included, at the very bottom of the page, a section for phones that were
previously on this list but have since been unveiled, such as Google's Pixel 6A
and Samsung's Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The iPhone 14 Pro will most
likely include the normal changes that you would expect to see in an iPhone of
the following generation, such as a new Apple processor and possibly some
design tweaks. The new camera, on the other hand, is the one that appears to be
the most promising prospective update. If one were to accept the reports, the
primary camera on the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max might each have
48 megapixels. According to two reports compiled by the well-known Apple
analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, which were reported by both 9to5Mac and MacRumors, this
is the case.
Apple has made numerous
enhancements to the camera on the iPhone Pro over the years. In 2019, with the
release of the iPhone 11 Pro, the company added a third ultrawide camera lens,
and in 2020, with the release of the iPhone 12 Pro Max, the company improved
the zoom range of the telephoto camera. However, the resolution has remained
unchanged at 12 megapixels for many models, including the iPhone 7, which was
released in 2017.
Resolution is not the be all
and end all. Taking a good photograph is only one step in the process; there
are many others. Image quality is heavily influenced by a number of different
aspects, including the size of the camera's light-sensitive sensor as well as
the aperture, which refers to the opening through which the camera lets light
in. Other internal advancements, like as the enhancements that Apple's latest

(the iPhone 14 Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max).
People who want a larger screen
but aren't particularly interested in the other additions that come with
Apple's Pro line, such as a triple-lens camera and lidar sensor, are likely to
be the target audience for Apple's upcoming iPhone 14 Max model. If you are an
iPhone enthusiast who has been waiting for a big display but doesn't want to
shell out the extra money for the iPhone 13 Pro Max, this could be an excellent

The Google Pixel 7, if you
will.
This fall, Google will release
a significant update to its Pixel phone. During Google I/O in May, the company
gave a sneak peek at the Pixel 7, disclosing that it would include a Tensor
processor that was in its second generation, a glass body with a new metal
camera bar, and a triple-lens camera on the Pixel 7 Pro variant. That is pretty
much all the information that Google has shared with us at this time, but the
corporation has promised to provide additional specifics later on in the year.
The introduction of Google's
own own Tensor chip in the Pixel 6, which was also the first phone to include
it, marked a significant milestone for the Pixel line of smartphones. Tasks
that rely on machine learning, such as translation, image processing, and

Despite the fact that the Pixel 7 probably won't be as significant an advance

"Pixel Notepad" may be given to Google's first flexible smartphone

less expensive than Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 3, which retails for $1,800. This
is perhaps the most interesting aspect of the report. This is a significant
development because the exorbitant cost of today's foldables has been one of
the most significant barriers to their widespread adoption.
It is more likely that Google's
foldable smartphone will have a design that is comparable to Oppo's Find N than
it will be to Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 3, in terms of its overall appearance.
According to animations that 9to5Google discovered in Android 12L, which is the
version of Google's Android OS optimized for devices with larger screens like
tablets, this is the case.
However, according to 9to5, the
camera may be inferior to the one seen on the Pixel 6. According to Google, the
upcoming foldable smartphone from Google may have the same camera sensors as
the Pixel 5. According to the magazine, references to the Pixel Fold's camera
sensor were discovered in the Android package kit files (which are used to
distribute and install Android apps) for Google's camera app. These files are
needed to install Android apps.
It is likely that Google made
this tradeoff in order to reach a competitive price and to keep the gadget as
small as possible. This would be the case if the foldable smartphone from
Google ended up having a camera that was lower-resolution than the camera on
the Pixel 6. According to 9to5Google, other files related with Google's camera
app feature code that references a probable debut date in 2022. This leads one
to believe that the search giant may in fact announce its first foldable device

Elec, Google has pushed back the start of the project, which was originally

Foldable smartphones still come
